We always use a sewer camera when cleaning a sewer. We make sure that every customer gets the most value for their hard earned money. Many customers are unaware of the value of this service. These photos are from a customer's sewer. We initially cleared the sewer, customer saw the water flowing and said "That's good, the camera will not be necessary". We explained that we were going to use the camera anyway for our purpose and also explained that we do not like coming back to jobs. After viewing the camera after just clearing it then going back in again with a full cutter he understood and saw the difference in how American Sewer & Drain Cleaning Inc. conducts business. Very happy and educated customer. We were careful with this sewer due to the fact that we were dealing with Orangeburg pipe as you can see the pipe is starting to become oval in shape. Orangeburg pipe is a fiber conduit material equal to that of compressed cardboard. This sewer will last probably 4 times longer than if we did not use the camera and full cutter provided that the Orangeburg pipe holds up. You, the customer, would never know that this mass was still in the sewer line if the camera was not used. We do this on every job. We're not in the business of repairing and replacing sewers so there are no bait and switch tactics, we just clean them and we will take the necessary time to make sure we do it to the best of our ability.
