Home Sewer Camera Inspection Service|Nassau|Suffolk|County|Long Island|NY

We use a sewer camera whenever we are cleaning a sewer. Lately we have been getting many calls for a home sewer inspection by potential home buyers since a regular home inspection does not cover this service. This is a very wise choice by someone who is about to lay down a huge down payment on a home. There have been countless homes that we have been called to service a clogged sewer where the homeowner has been in the newly purchased home for less than 6 months. In some instances we have had to inform the homeowner that they will need to make a repair or replace their sewer which did not sit well with them. Here are a few pics of a sewer camera inspection from a couple of jobs last week. This sewer was in excellent condition.

 While this sewer was not, even though the seller never had a problem with the sewer in the 4 years of living there but definitely had a pitch problem with a potential for a sewer back up.

 Don't overlook this very important part of the home inspection process when purchasing your next home. We know that you can't physically see your sewer like a granite counter top but your home function will come to a halt if your sewer stops doing it's job! It can be the difference of thousands of dollars saved if the home sewer inspection shows that the sewer will need replacement or a repair!
